Registration & Account at AK9Game

Registration at AK9Game is done directly on the website, on the page Sign Up. You fill in your full name, CPF, date of birth, email, mobile number, and create a password. The whole process takes under 3 minutes — no documents required at sign-up. Once you submit the form, you'll receive a confirmation email: click the link and your account is active. The next step is making your first Pix deposit to unlock the welcome bonus.

ak9game is strictly for players aged 18 and over. This is a non-negotiable rule — the platform verifies the date of birth provided at registration and may request ID documents (national ID or driver's license) to confirm age at any time. Accounts belonging to minors are closed immediately, regardless of balance. If you suspect a minor is using the platform, contact us via chat or at contato@ak9game.best.

No. ak9game allows only one active account per CPF. Creating duplicate accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once violates the Terms and Conditions and results in the permanent suspension of all accounts involved, including any accumulated balance. If you already have an account and have forgotten your email or password, use the recovery form on the login page or contact support.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process. At AK9Game, it is not required at registration — most users start playing without submitting any documents. KYC may be requested before larger withdrawals (above R$ 5,000.00) or if the security system flags an account for review. To complete KYC, you'll need to submit a photo of your RG or CNH and a proof of address issued within the last 3 months. Once approved, the process does not need to be repeated.

Account details such as email, phone number, and address can be updated in your account settings after logging in. Email changes require confirmation from both your old and new address before taking effect. CPF and date of birth cannot be changed after registration — if there's an error in those fields, contact support with the relevant documentation for a manual correction. Keeping your details up to date is important, especially your phone number, which is used for 2FA and password recovery.

To permanently close your account, contact support via live chat or email contato@ak9game.best with the subject line "Account Closure". Any available real balance will be refunded before the account is closed. Bonus balances are not returned in cases of voluntary closure. If you'd prefer a temporary break, consider using the self-exclusion option of up to 12 months, available directly in your account settings — no need to contact support.

Deposits & Withdrawals at AK9Game

AK9Game accepts Pix (from R$ 20.00 — fastest option, funds land in your account in seconds), boleto bancário (from R$ 30.00, processed within 1 business day), credit and debit cards, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers from any bank — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Santander, and others. There are no fees for deposits on any of these methods. Your balance becomes available as soon as the deposit is confirmed by the financial institution.

The minimum Pix deposit is R$ 20.00. For boleto bancário and card payments, the minimum is R$ 30.00. For TED transfers, the minimum is R$ 50.00. The minimum withdrawal via Pix is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum deposit limit under normal conditions — for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00, KYC verification may be required if not already completed. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same CPF as the account.

Pix withdrawals to verified accounts are processed in up to 5 minutes — in many cases, the funds arrive in under 1 minute. The Pix key must be registered under the same CPF as the AK9Game account holder. TED withdrawals take 1 to 2 business days. For a first withdrawal, AK9Game may request a basic identity check before releasing the payment — this is typically resolved in under 30 minutes during business hours.

No. ak9game requires all withdrawals to be made to Pix accounts or keys linked to the same CPF as the account holder. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and money laundering. Withdrawals to third parties — a spouse, family member, or anyone else — are not permitted under any circumstances. If you've changed banks and need to update your Pix key or withdrawal account, do so in your account settings before requesting a withdrawal.

Pix deposits typically appear in your account in under 60 seconds. If more than 5 minutes have passed and your balance still hasn't updated, check that the transfer was confirmed by your bank (the Pix receipt should show a "Completed" status). Then check your deposit history in your AK9Game account — occasionally there's a brief display delay on the interface. If the issue persists, contact support via live chat and have your transaction receipt ready. Our team resolves these in minutes.

AK9Game Bonuses & Promotions

The AK9Game welcome bonus is 100% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. Deposit R$ 50.00 and play with R$ 100.00. Deposit R$ 500.00 and play with R$ 1,000.00. The bonus is credited automatically once your deposit is confirmed — no promo code required. The minimum deposit to activate the bonus is R$ 20.00. Your bonus balance is kept separate from your real balance and is subject to a 5x rollover before it becomes available for withdrawal.

Rollover is the total betting volume you need to complete before your bonus winnings become available for withdrawal. At AK9Game, the welcome bonus rollover is 5x the bonus amount received. For example: if you received R$ 200.00 in bonus funds, you need to place R$ 1,000.00 in valid bets within 30 days. Sports bets on the Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, crash games like Aviator, and slots all contribute 100% toward the rollover. Live Casino games contribute 10%. You can track your rollover progress in your account settings.

The bonus balance itself cannot be withdrawn directly — only the winnings generated from using the bonus become available for withdrawal once the 5x rollover is completed. The real funds you deposited can be withdrawn at any time, regardless of the bonus. If you choose to withdraw before completing the rollover, the bonus balance and any associated winnings will be forfeited — only your deposited real balance will be returned. That's why it's worth playing through the rollover before considering a withdrawal of bonus-related winnings.

Yes. AK9Game runs weekly and seasonal promotions for active players — loss cashback, free bets for Brasileirão rounds, crash game tournaments with real cash prizes, special promotions for the Copa do Brasil and Libertadores, and reload bonuses for deposits throughout the week. All active promotions are available on the Promotions on the platform, with detailed rules and an expiration date.

Sports Betting at ak9game

ak9game offers betting on football (Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, state championships, the Brazilian national team, and the top European leagues), basketball (NBB and NBA), volleyball, MMA/UFC, Formula 1, tennis, e-sports (CBLOL, VCT Americas, CS2, Dota 2, Free Fire), and much more. Brazilian football has the highest volume of markets — result, goals, corners, top scorer, handicap, and over 50 markets per match in the main rounds. All sports are available for both pre-match and live betting.

Live betting at ak9game lets you place bets while the match is in progress — odds update in real time as the score, ball possession, fouls, and other in-game events change. To bet live on the Brasileirão or Copa do Brasil, go to the Sports Betting section after logging in, find the match you want, and click the "Live" tab. Odds move fast during live betting — always confirm the amount before submitting your bet, as the system may reject bets with outdated odds and prompt you to confirm the new one.

If a match is cancelled before it starts, all pre-game bets are fully refunded to the account's real balance. If a match is postponed, bets generally remain valid for up to 48 hours — if the game doesn't take place within that window, a refund is issued automatically. Live bets on matches interrupted after a significant period of play (for example, more than 45 minutes into a football match) may be settled based on the score at the time of interruption, depending on the market. Full rules are available in the Terms and Conditions.

The minimum bet at AK9Game is R$ 1.00 per selection. The maximum limit varies by market, sport, and event — Brasileirão and Copa do Brasil matches have higher limits than special markets or smaller competitions. If a bet exceeds the limit for a specific market, the system will notify you before you confirm. For multiple (accumulator) bets, the limit applies to the total potential return, not the stake. For questions about limits on specific bets, contact support before confirming.

Yes. ak9game has a dedicated section of Tips with analysis of the top Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil, and e-sports matchups. You'll find head-to-head stats, recent team form, likely lineups, and betting suggestions for players who want to make informed picks before placing their bets. All tips are for informational purposes only — the final decision to bet and bankroll management are always your responsibility.

Crash Games & Casino at AK9Game

Crash games like Aviator work like this: each round starts with a multiplier at 1x that climbs over time. You place a bet before or during the round and choose when to cash out — the longer you wait, the higher the multiplier and the greater your potential winnings. The catch is that the multiplier can "crash" at any random, unpredictable moment. If you haven't cashed out before the crash, you lose your bet. At AK9Game, crash games use provably fair technology — every result is mathematically verifiable and impossible to manipulate. Bet from R$ 1.00 per round.

Provably fair is a cryptographic technology that lets any player mathematically verify that a round's outcome was randomly generated and not manipulated by the platform. Before each round, ak9game generates a cryptographic hash of the result — you can use that hash to confirm, after the round, that the outcome matches what was generated before you placed your bet. This ensures neither party can alter the result. To verify, go to the round history within the game itself and use the verification tool available in the Aviator and other crash games interface.

ak9game offers a Live Casino with real-time streaming and live dealers, including European roulette, American roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live poker, and game shows such as Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, and Dream Catcher. Titles are provided by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play — the world's leading Live Casino providers. Most tables feature Portuguese-speaking dealers, making the experience more natural for Brazilian players. The Live Casino is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Yes. Bets placed on crash games like Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines, and Plinko, as well as on slots, contribute 100% toward the welcome bonus rollover. This means R$ 100.00 wagered on Aviator counts as R$ 100.00 of rollover progress. Live casino games such as roulette and blackjack contribute only 10% — R$ 100.00 on roulette counts as R$ 10.00 of progress. Sports bets on events with odds above 1.50 also contribute 100%.

Security & Responsible Gaming at AK9Game

Yes. AK9Game uses 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages and transactions — the same standard used by Brazil's largest digital banks, such as Nubank and Itaú. User passwords are stored as irreversible cryptographic hashes, never in plain text. The platform offers two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS for an added layer of protection. All personal data is handled in compliance with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), and user information is never sold to third parties.

Log in to AK9Game, click your name or avatar in the top right corner, and go to "Account Settings". Under the "Security" section, you'll find the option to enable 2FA via SMS. Confirm your mobile number, enter the verification code you receive, and confirm activation — it takes less than 2 minutes. With 2FA active, any login from a new device will require a six-digit code sent by SMS, in addition to your password. This is strongly recommended for all platform users.

AK9Game offers five responsible gambling tools available free of charge in your account settings: deposit limit (daily, weekly, or monthly), loss limit, cool-off period (24h, 48h, or 72h), self-exclusion from 1 day up to 12 months, and access to your full betting and transaction history. Limit reductions and the activation of cool-off periods and self-exclusion take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the set period ends. This is intentional — these are barriers designed to be reliable exactly when you need them most. Learn more on the Responsible Gaming.

Self-exclusion can be activated in under 5 minutes directly from your account settings — no need to contact support. Go to "Account Settings", navigate to the "Responsible Gaming" section, and select "Self-Exclusion". Choose your exclusion period (from 1 day to 12 months) and confirm. The exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen period ends. Your real balance is preserved throughout the exclusion period and can be withdrawn via Pix even while the account is blocked. Once the period is over, your account is automatically reactivated.

Never. AK9Game will never ask for your password, 2FA code, or banking details via email, chat, WhatsApp, or any other channel. If you receive a message claiming to be from AK9Game and asking for any of that, it's a phishing attempt. Do not click any links, ignore the message, and report it to us via live chat or at contato@ak9game.best with the subject line "Scam/Phishing". Always access the platform directly through the official address ak9game.best — save it to your bookmarks to avoid typos.

Inside ak9game

Everything Brazilian bettors need to know

Ak9game was built with the Brazilian bettor in mind — the kind who follows the Brasileirão on their phone while doing something else, who wants to play Aviator while waiting for the match to start, and who needs to withdraw via Pix fast when things go their way. That's why every detail of the platform is designed to be straightforward: quick sign-up, Pix deposits that land in seconds, and withdrawals that genuinely arrive in minutes.

A common question is about the difference between real balance and bonus balance. At ak9game, these two balances are clearly separated in your account dashboard. Your real balance is the money you deposited — it can be withdrawn at any time, with no restrictions. Your bonus balance consists of credits from the welcome bonus or other promotions — it's used to place bets, but any winnings only become available for withdrawal once the rollover requirement has been met.

Crash games raise a lot of questions around result fairness. AK9Game uses provably fair technology across all crash games — Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines, and Plinko. This means every round's outcome is generated by publicly verifiable cryptographic algorithms. No AK9Game employee — and not even the platform itself — can know in advance when Aviator will crash. The average RTP (return to player) for crash games is above 97%, but that's a long-term statistical average, not a guarantee of results in any single session.

For Sports Betting, ak9game stands out for its coverage of Brazilian football. Brasileirão Série A has virtually every match covered with live betting — over 50 markets per game in the main rounds. Copa do Brasil gets special treatment with dedicated promotions at each stage, and the Libertadores features live odds throughout the knockout rounds and final stages. Beyond football, e-sports like CBLOL and VCT Americas are growing steadily on the platform, keeping pace with the rise of Brazil's competitive gaming scene.

One thing that sets ak9game apart from other platforms is its genuine commitment to responsible gambling. It's not just a page buried in the site footer — the self-control tools are visible right in your account settings, support staff are trained to handle conversations on the topic, and the platform doesn't send pressure notifications to get you to deposit after a period of inactivity. For players who already bet responsibly, nothing changes. For those who need a brake, the tools are one click away, available at any time.
