01Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any service made available by AK9Game at ak9game.best, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. This document constitutes a legally binding contract between you, the user, and AK9Game.

3.3 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information during registration. AK9Game may request supporting documentation at any time, including a national ID (RG), driver's license (CNH), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the Pix key used for withdrawals. False information will result in immediate account closure.

04Account and Security

4.1 Account Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — email and password — confidential. AK9Game is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from shared passwords, use of shared devices without adequate protection, or negligence with your credentials.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorized Access

4.3 Two-Factor Authentication

AK9Game offers two-factor authentication (2FA) as an additional layer of security. We strongly recommend that all users enable 2FA in their account settings. Once 2FA is active, any login attempt from a new device will require confirmation via SMS or an authenticator app.

05Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

AK9Game accepts the following payment methods, all Brazilian and with no additional fees for the user:

• Pix — primary method, available 24/7. Instant deposits, withdrawals processed in up to 5 minutes;
• Boleto bancário — valid for deposits, processed within 1–2 business days after payment;
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, for deposits processed in up to 10 minutes;
• PicPay — digital wallet, via QR Code, processed in up to 5 minutes;
• Mercado Pago — digital wallet, via QR Code, processed in up to 5 minutes;
• TED transfer — via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks, on business days.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00 for Pix, PicPay, and Mercado Pago; R$ 30.00 for boleto bancário and card; and R$ 50.00 for TED transfers.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are available only to users with a verified account matching the CPF on file. Withdrawals can only be sent to bank accounts or Pix keys held under the same CPF used at registration — never to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 via Pix and R$ 50.00 via TED.

5.4 KYC Verification for Withdrawals

AK9Game may request identity verification (KYC) for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or in situations flagged by the security system for review. The process involves submitting a photo of your RG or CNH and a proof of address. Review is completed within 24 hours. Completing KYC once automatically clears future withdrawals within applicable limits.

06Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Welcome Bonus

AK9Game offers a welcome bonus of 100% on your first deposit, up to R$ 500.00. The bonus is credited automatically after the first deposit of any amount above R$ 20.00 — no promo code needed. If you deposit R$ 200.00, you'll receive an extra R$ 200.00 in bonus funds, giving you R$ 400.00 to bet with.

6.2 Rollover Requirement

The bonus balance is subject to a rollover requirement of 5x (five times) the total bonus amount received before it becomes available for withdrawal. Example: a R$ 200.00 bonus requires R$ 1,000.00 in total bets before any bonus-generated winnings can be withdrawn. The rollover must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonuses expire after this period.

6.3 Games Eligible for Rollover

Sports Betting (football, MMA, NBB basketball, e-sports, and other sports) and crash games contribute 100% toward rollover. Slots contribute 100%. Live Casino bets — roulette, blackjack, and baccarat — contribute 10% toward bonus rollover. AK9Game may adjust contribution percentages with prior notice on the Promotions page.

6.4 General Bonus Rules

• Each user is entitled to one welcome bonus only;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts;
• AK9Game reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or violation of the Terms is suspected;
• Winnings generated solely from bonus funds (with no real balance used in the same session) may be subject to withdrawal limits at AK9Game's discretion;
• All seasonal promotions and cashback offers are governed by specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time of launch.

07Sports Betting

7.1 Bet Acceptance

AK9Game reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet before it is confirmed. A bet is only valid once explicitly confirmed on the platform and visible in the user's bet history. Bets placed after an event has started are void, except in live markets where explicitly permitted.

7.2 Brazilian Football Bets

AK9Game covers Brasileirão Série A and B, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Sul-Americana, state championships, and Brazil national team matches. The specific rules for each market — including which period of play counts toward the result, and criteria for extra time and penalties — are available in each market's description at the time of betting.

7.3 Cancellations and Void Results

If a match is cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or abandoned before the end of regular time without a definitive result, all bets on that match will be voided and the wagered amount returned to the account's real balance. If an incorrect result is published due to an error, AK9Game reserves the right to correct the result and recalculate payouts.

7.4 Odds and Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed are the ones that apply, regardless of any subsequent changes. AK9Game may update odds at any time before the user confirms a bet. Confirmed bets are not affected by odds changes that occur afterward.

08Crash Games & Live Casino

8.1 Crash Games with Provably Fair

The crash games available on AK9Game — including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines, and Plinko — use provably fair, which allows the randomness of each round to be mathematically verified. The outcome of each round is determined by a cryptographic algorithm whose hash is made publicly available before each game begins. Users can verify any round using the public seed released after it ends.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Bets

The minimum bet amount for crash games is R$ 1.00 per round on most titles. Live Cash or Crash has a minimum of R$ 2.00. Maximum limits vary by title and are set by the game providers (Spribe, SmartSoft Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming). Current limits are displayed inside each game.

8.3 Interruptions and Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure during a crash game or live casino session — such as a lost connection, server interruption, or system failure — AK9Game will take the following steps, in order: (1) attempt to restore the session to its previous state; (2) credit the wagered amount back to the real balance if the session cannot be recovered. AK9Game is not liable for losses resulting from connection failures on the user's end.

8.4 Live Casino

Live casino games — roulette, blackjack, baccarat, and game shows — are streamed in real time by licensed providers. The specific rules for each game are presented by the live host and displayed within the game interface. AK9Game does not intervene in the decisions made by live game hosts and dealers.

09Prohibited Use and Fraud

The user agrees not to use AK9Game for any illegal purpose or in any way that violates these Terms. The following are expressly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Any form of match-fixing, collusion with other users, or exploitation of technical errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Bets placed in collusion to meet bonus rollover requirements with minimal risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or bonus "arbing");
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;
• Sharing your account with third parties or transferring credits to other individuals;

10Responsible Gambling

AK9Game's maximum liability under any circumstance is limited to the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event that gave rise to the claim.

13Changes to the Terms and Conditions

14.2 Dispute Resolution
